United Formalities (Vereinte Formalitäten) aims to automate and streamline EVERYTHING that has to do with formalities. Whether it's financial matters, legal matters, tax issues or any other bureaucracy.

We believe that bureaucracy that just flows is the first step towards world peace.

To achieve this, we will develop a generalized, globally applicable "ontology of bureaucratic processes", together with a unified technological foundation. In the very first step, our customers will be regular individuals and companies, then we will start getting elected into the governing bodies of small municipalities and work up our way from there until we have covered the entire globe and the world is liberated from the hassles of bureaucracy.

Based on this ontology, we will develop a "bureaucratic orchestrator", a decentralized, federated digital infrastructure which serves as the one communication channel, both between users and legacy systems (e.g. through reverse-engineered existing eGovernment services, API-triggered postal sendouts, automated PDF filling etc.) as well as for information exchange within the ecosystem. We are the "guerilla fighters" of organizational interoperability. All "best practices" will be agreed upon within the community in a fully democratic way from the very start, such as data exchange formats, text encodings, encryption mechanisms, etc.

Data ownership is essential for us. We will offer every user a "wallet", which will be stored in a fully decentralized way, and which is always encrypted. Whenever the user wants to perform any bureaucratic action, the user is in full control and gets a transparent overview about which data is and needs to be shared. We will only have users on the platform identified via official means.
